A New Declaration !!!

The first " New Declaration of Independence of We the Free People Two, 2020-2022 " . . . by We the Posterity and offspring spoken of by Our Founding Fathers . . . that are here and now awake . . . and again reviving restoring  and breathing life back into the substance and intent of the words spoken purposefully . . . within our "First Declaration of independence of 1776" . . . and reasserting the same full . . . complete . . . and undiluted "Power and Authority" . . . declared to, and against the Tyranny of King George of 1776 . . . and that here and NOW . . . We Their Posterity . . . awakened to our heritage and full birthrights . . . do further assume  and declare among the Powers of the Earth, the same "Separate and Equal Station" in Life, to which the Laws of Nature and Natures God entitle Us, the absolute, undeniable, irrefutable right to Separation and Divorce . . .  to and from the New King Biden of 2022 . . . and all his Agents and accessories to his crimes against our Rights, Our freedoms,  Our Constitution, and the substance and intent of Our First Unanimous Declaration of our original thirteen united States of America, undiluted and unaltered, in any way shape or form.

That We the Free People, with FULL Power and Authority, vested in us, from God Almighty, the Supreme Legislator of ALL the Universe, and ALL Worlds,  confirm and announce boldly to the World, Our absolute Rights to "Dissolve the Political bands" which have connected us with the current Treasonous Occupational government of the Communist Socialist Democratic Party . . . that have led us into their "House of Bondage and Slavery" and to their Tyrannical Authoritarian . . . and Anti-Constitution Dictatorship . . . in absolute Contradiction to, and utter Vicious and Malicious Contempt for, Our God-given Freedoms, and Our original Intent Constitution . . . Violating the essential undeniable and unseparable . . . substance of, and original intent of, Article-6 of Our U.S. Constitution . . . known as Our "Supremacy Clause" . . . having defrauded and disgraced, the serious Oath of Office they took,  to support . . . defend and Protect the Rules, Laws,  and substance of Our Constitution . . . any Thing to the Contrary notwithstanding . . . and they have instead . . . disemboweled . . . dissolved, destroyed . . . Convoluted . . . Contradicted . . . and Overthrown those Sacred  and Serious Constitutional Rules and Laws . . . and as a result . . . they have instead . . . violated Article-3, Section-3, of our U.S.C.  having aided and abetted our Enemies and given them aid and comfort by creating promoting supporting passing and enforcing, Communist Enemy Laws upon Our Freedom Loving American People . . . and further contradicting the "Rules of the Common Law" pursuant to Article 7 . . . of Our "Bill of Rights." . . . 

The aforementioned understandings  . . . are only the beginning of a "Long Train of abuses and usurpations, they have imposed and enforced  upon us . . . all having in direct object the establishment of an "Absolute Tyranny" over Our otherwise Free People of the States here before united for protection of Their lives . . . Their Liberties . . . Their Freedoms . . .  Their Pursuit of Happiness, and Their Families, and NOT the Destruction of Their Freedoms . . .  and Their Rights . . . to the pursuit of Their unobstructed and unimpaired happiness . . .

Declaration - 2 . . .

This Declaration 2,  is to be used as a Template for any County or Counties, within the State of Colorado, to freely follow, and exercise . . . if they so desire . . . and rightfully, Legally, and Lawfully, enforce, upon their Hired Public Servants, pursuant to the actual existing Constitution of Colorado, that all Colorado Legislators, Law makers, Law enforcers, and all other Sworn Officers and Public Servants of Colorado, are obligated to follow . . .  and fully respect, without contradiction, or further sedition, or any resistance whatsoever.

This Proper, Legal and Lawful Declaration and Notice, of the Free People of Colorado, to their government Employees, and Public SERVANTS, understanding clearly and without question . . . that the Free People of Colorado, are in fact, the Creators,  Masters, and Owners of the entire government of Colorado . . . all of its Buildings, Lands, Offices, Officers, Agencies, Agents, and all Public Servants of their government, and their entire State of Colorado.

This Declaration, being without question, rightfully declared and enforced, by the Free People of Colorado, upon their HIRED Public Servants ( NOT Public Masters, Dictators, or Authoritarians ) to do as ordered therein, by the free will of the Free People, and in the best interest of their safety, happiness, and self-preservation of their God-given Freedoms, Values, Morals, Ethics, Religious preferences, and otherwise Rules and Laws, for a polite society, that they wish to live by, with respect to and for their fully informed "CONSENT", and absolute Right to a peaceful, non-violent, self-governance.

This Declaration, is a Formal Notice to any and all of the Oath taking Public Servants of the State of Colorado, concerning the  Intent of The Free People of the State  of Colorado, to withdraw their Consent to the current communist occupational government regime, that is currently engaged in overthrowing the Constitution of Colorado, and the Natural God-given Rights of the People.  

Understanding that the Free People of Colorado, by Right, and according to the Laws of Nature and Natures God, and  Article 2, Sections 1, 2, and 3 of their Colorado Constitution,  shall and MUST, initiate a Peaceful, non-violent, non-cooperation, Divorce and Separation, from the Current Communist Occupational Government, and all of its Seditious and Treasonous activities, that are eroding, undermining, destroying, contradicting, and overthrowing all the substance, and fundamental principals for which it was intended to be, as a guardian and protector of the Natural Rights and Freedoms of the Free People of Colorado.

This declaration 4, or D-4-R-1.1 

Is both a Declaration and Notice to all Public Servants that have sworn a sacred and serious Oath of Office . . .  to We The Free People, to Defend,  Protect, and Preserve, both our Colorado Constitution, and Our U.S. Constitution, and further assure and insure, that the Purity of the substance and original intent, contained  within both of them, shall be preserved in tact, without contradiction, for the full, free, unimpaired, undiluted, complete unobstructed use, of  We The Free People, and without denying, disparaging, or infringing upon the Full Free Use and exercise of any and all of Our God-given Rights . . . 

Such Oath Taking Public Servants, have a Duty and sacred requirement, to defend, protect, and preserve, such purity of original intent. 

For it is their job to insure that it is maintained pure, and NOT Contradicted by any Rules or Laws or Mandates of kind,  that Law Makers might create and enforce upon We The Free People, in the form of unconstitutional Victimless Crimes, Presumptive Laws, Use Taxes, and other imposter Laws . . . that would Contradict any Thing in either Constitution . . .
