Rights & Laws proclaimed

Our Declaration of Independence of 1776, was the beginning of US Constitutional Law. It was first, and became the enabling and empowering document for the Constitution that was to be born and written afterwards, and to be built upon all the high ideals of Freedom that they expressed therein. It is known as “Organic Law” and Our Constitution gets its power, authority, and foundational principals from all the substance of the Rights and Laws it proclaims for a Free People & Society, that were discussed within its words. Our Constitution, cannot contradict any of the substance stated within the Declaration of Independence.

Some People think of the Declaration of Independence as nothing more than an ink blot of a declaration, and is not Law. However, I see clearly, that it was so much more. It was the beginning of the Laws of Our Nation, and the standard set for who we are, what we stand for as People, and a unique Society, within our World, based upon Natural Rights, according to the Laws of Nature and Natures God . . . giving birth to the Constitution, and It is absolutely the Law !!! . . . understanding, that anything to the Contrary of our Constitution, is notwithstanding … Article 6,  U.S. Constitution, known as Our "Supremacy Clause."

The original intent of our Founding Fathers, was set forth and clarified in the substance and content of the words of the Declaration of Independence. It was to be the guiding light for Our New experiment in Freedom, Justice, and Fair play, and the establishing a new standard of respect for the “Freedoms” Sovereignty, self-determination, self-governance, and Natural Rights of all individuals, of our New Nation.

There are certain absolute never changing & definitive Rights and Laws of Nature, and Natures God,  that are clearly found stated within, and further secured by the Declaration of Independence, yet there are those out there, who would like for you to ignore them, and pretend that there are NO absolutes, and that the Declaration is really nothing but an Ink Blot, and meaningless, and NOT part of the Laws of our Nation and furthermore, they say it does NOT mention God.

Nothing could be further from the truth.  Please slowly read the Declaration for yourself, and you will find certain "Absolute" Laws and Rights solidly implanted within its words and substance. For your information, those Rights and Laws are listed on this page, and you should look for them in the Declaration yourself, so as to trust but verify.

Be sure to really think about and internalize these absolute rights, and Laws, to see and appreciate their application in today’s Society, along with their absolute and timeless nature.

1 . . . Right to dissolve Political Bands that have connected us with another, when in the course of human events, it becomes necessary to do so.

2 . . . Right to a Separate and Equal Station in life, to which the Laws of Nature and Natures God entitles us . . . Individual Sovereignty, self-determination, self-governance, and Equal standing with all other Nations and People, of Our Earthly World.

3 . . . Right to the Laws of Nature and Natures God . . . NOT the Laws of any other Nation,  Country, or Human Rulers, of humankind, anywhere in Our World.

4 . . . Right to have, hold and live out our own passions preferences and opinions as equally endowed within the family of Humankind, and without respect, for any Majoritarian rules, thus respecting the absolute equal rights of Minorities as well.

5 . . . Right to be respected as Created Equal.

6 . . . Right to unalienable or unseparable unlimited Natural Rights. (Secured by and within the 9th Amendment, by James Madison)

7 . . . Right to life, Liberty, & the Pursuit of happiness, among “Other” Rights retained by We The Free People, secured within the intent of the 9th Amendment.

8 . . . Right to Secure Our Natural Rights, however necessary.

9 . . . Right to Consent or NOT Consent to government rules.

10. . . Right to alter or abolish our former systems of government.

11 . . . Right to establish principals necessary for Our safety & happiness.

12. . . Right to NOT continue suffering Evils that are unsufferable, by abolishing them, and to right ourselves, however we see fit and necessary, for Our safety and happiness.

13. . . Right to reject and abolish any long train of abuses.

14. . . Right to throw off bad government and establish New Guards for our future security.

15 . . .Right and necessity to "Self-preservation."

The above mentioned Rights and Laws, were only the beginning of our listing of our unlimited other natural rights, and the establishing of the foundation, for securing protecting and defending unlimited “other” Natural Rights, confirmed by the 9th Amendment.

It was James Madison that had the insight and wisdom of creating the verbiage of the 9th amendment, and thereby enabling our infinite number of rights to be secured and protected, while allowing for listing only a few of our infinite rights to be done on paper . Without the 9th Amendment’s protection and reservation of “other” rights retained by the People, there would have been NO Bill of Rights, and NO finite listing of any God-given natural rights, on any finite piece of paper. Such would have been dangerous to the continued respect for and security of the eternal and unending life of all of our "Other" Rights bestowed upon us by God Almighty, the Supreme Law maker and Legislator of all of our universe, and every Thing therein.

Please understand clearly and without question, that to dissolve, destroy, diminish, deny, disparage, or dilute in any way shape form or excuse, any of these and other God-given rights, (not government created or granted rights) would be to eliminate the Intent and Purpose for Our Constitution and the Nation it established and empowered with equal authority and power, as enjoyed by other Nations of our World.
