Some Solutions For Serious Issues

Our Founding Fathers found it necessary to require an Oath of Office to be taken by all Public Servants, to agree and promise, to support our Constitution, understanding that pursuant to Article 6 of the U.S. Constitution, that any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding. Such would require a thorough and correct understanding of the Constitution, in order to fulfill the obligation of such Oath, and thereby, NOT implement any laws that would be in Contradiction to anything therein. 

It is clear, that the vast majority of current alleged Laws, are absolutely in contradiction to other Laws, and parts of Our Constitution. Such so-called Laws are in fact aiding and abetting, the Laws of our enemies, and giving them aid and comfort, thus violating Article 3, Section 3, and Article 6 of our U.S. Constitution, by imposing Victimless Crimes, Presumptive Laws, and Use Taxes, to name just a few contradictions to the rules of Our Common Law, pursuant to Article 7, of Our Bill of Rights. 

Such contrary, and repulsive alleged Laws, never should have seen the light of day, nor have been allowed to be proposed, let alone be passed, or enforced upon We The Free People, if Our Legislators / Law makers / Senators / Representatives, knew and understood the Constitution that they Swore a Sacred Oath to defend, protect, preserve, and NEVER Contradict, by creating and passing Communist Victimless Crimes and Presumptive alleged Laws, destroying our Rules of the Common Law required and mandated in Article7 of the Bill of "Some" God given Natural Rights.

It is dangerous to Our Freedoms, the Freedoms of Our Children, and the high Ideals of our Founding Fathers, that they spoke of within Our Declaration of independence, when such ignorance of our Constitution causes our Legislators to pass such blatantly Communist abominations that destroy our Freedom and our Liberty . . .  Contradicting Article 6 of our  Original Intent U.S. Constitution . . . 

Our Legislators, and Public Servants, by creating, inserting, instituting, and enforcing such contrary Laws upon Us, does in fact, deny disparage and infringe upon our Natural God-given Rights, that Our new government and Constitution, was specifically designed instituted and intended to preserve, protect, and defend, NOT destroy or diminish.

An Oath to follow such directive, is "serious" and cannot be taken lightly. 

Without integrity of the solemn oath, required to be taken, that oath becomes a Fraud, a Lie and a deceit, perpetrated upon We the Free People, with severe and destructive consequences to our Freedoms and Liberties.

Such damages cannot be continued, if we are to maintain the integrity of Our Constitution and all that it stands for.

Therefore, as with many other occupations in our society, that may have seriously harmful consequences upon People, if not properly instituted and performed, such as Doctors, Lawyers, Pilots, Real Estate Agents, Bus  and Truck drivers, etc... 

We therefore,  do require testing be done, before allowing such occupations to be exercised by individuals wishing to perform them.

The occupation of Legislator, Law maker, Law enforcer, and other Public Servant positions, should be taken just as seriously, and testing therefore must be required as well.

Such, is only common sense, and essential to the security of Our Free State, and would go a long way toward fixing all the serious wrongs done by bad, repulsive, and contradictory Laws, perpetrated and enforced upon We The Free People, that further aids and abets the Communist enemies of our Constitutional "REPUBLIC" in VIOLATION of Article 4, Section4,  and Article 6, the "SUPREMACY Clause" of our U.S. Constitution.

After all, taking an oath to something that you do not thoroughly know, nor can pass a test on, is most certainly a "fraudulent oath." 

Therefore, and in consideration of the herein above mentioned, the "Sovereigntarian Party" is committed, and shall endeavor to assure that such shall be done, with undying, relentless pursuits and efforts in that direction.

The rethinking, redesigning, and re-establishing of  more secure and trust worthy election systems and methods.

Making the repairs to Article 1,  Section 2,  Clause 3, of Our Constitution, as James Madison had recommended in his speech to Congress, as being necessary, to secure against the scheme of representation, getting wildly out of proportion, and going from the required one representative per 30,000 people, indicated in our original Constitution. and growing to the outrageous proportion of one representative per 750,000 people that we have today, leaving We the Free People with an unacceptable level of representation, outrageously  inadequate, for any sense or a reasonable proportion of representation.

Establishment of Citizen Watch Dog Committees, to review any and all Laws, to assure that nothing to the Contrary of the Constitution, is present anywhere, pursuant to Article 6 of Our U.S. Constitution, Our "Supremacy Clause."

New security, must be incorporated into our Bill of some Rights, that would stop any breaches of our absolute rights to privacy by Our government, for any proposed reason. Therefore, we must re-establish more securely, the presumption of our innocence, until otherwise proven guilty, of some real common law crime, having been actually committed, BEFORE any invasion of any of our rights to privacy.

Solid and firm barrier, to be set up between We the Free People and Our government, securely protecting and defending our absolute rights  to full and complete "Allodial" Ownership of our properties, our physical and Intellectual labor, and all the fruits thereof, without any direct taking of any thing whatsoever, without our "fully informed" free will consent.
